Approved plans for 107 duplex and townhome units in Sagarra subdivision
The city approved design review for the duplex and townhome buildings, which are part of Sagarra Subdivision Phases 1 and 2. A clubhouse and community structures will come in a later submission, and individual building designs will be reviewed again with building permits.
About this application
The conditions for approval for Sagarra Subdivision Phases 1&2 require architectural design review of all new structures. This review is for all proposed duplex and townhomes units. A future submission will include the proposed clubhouse and community structures. There is a total of 107 units which can be seen on the attached site plans. Each elevation has a site plan calling out the proposed location on site. A general Design Review of our building elevations is requested prior to individual design reviews with building permits. A Certificate of Zoning Compliance application will also be submitted. An additional narrative has been attached for reference.
