Full Narrative will be uploaded. Phase 2B consists of three new retail buildings that will complement and enhance the existing development. To add further visual interest, this Phase also introduces an exciting festival streetscape that connects seamlessly with the established Village development. The proposed Phase 2B is consistent with the existing development agreement on the property. The development agreement, as amended, allows up to 1,110,000 square feet of non-residential uses. The Village currently has approximately 815,000 square feet of retail and office uses. This project will increase retail square footage by 65,000 square feet consistent with the agreement and in alignment with the concept plan layout, so no development agreement modification is necessary.
