Council approves 200 single-family homes on 736 acres
Sage Investment Partners' plan annexes the land into the city and includes about 478 acres of open space and trails. The council decided Nov. 25 with conditions, including a wider landscape buffer along one road, a density cap of 0.27 homes per acre and a 35-foot height limit.
About this application
Sage Investment Partners is asking Eagle to annex and rezone a 736-acre site in the foothills southwest of Highway 55 and North McLeod Way for Sagehill Subdivision. The plan has 200 single-family residential lots plus 14 common lots, with about 65% of the site kept as open space and trails. Some cul-de-sac streets would be private.
