About this application

Deer Flat Ranch is a proposed 259.95-acre master planned community on the west side of S Midland Blvd near Lake Lowell in Nampa. It would annex and zone the land for about 189 single-family homes, 7 commercial lots, and large agricultural and open space areas, including a sports field and amphitheater area. About 60 percent of the project would stay as open space, farmland, or sports fields, buffering the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge.

Annex ~260 acres, amend the comprehensive plan, and create a preliminary plat within the parameters of a Master Planned Community, consisting of 196 residential, 7 commercial, 3 agricultural, and 19 common lots in AG, BC, and RS zones.
