65-lot single-family subdivision on 14.95 acres sought with annexation

Annexation of parcel R32776000 with an initial zoning designation of R-2 (Community Residential) where the place-type designation in the Comprehensive Plan is Neighborhood 2. Concurrently, the applicant is requesting approval of Gideon Landing Subdivision preliminary plat, a single-family residential subdivision with 65 buildable lots.
