Boise State 10-year campus master plan approved for city's comprehensive plan

City Council approved adding the university's 2025 10-year campus master plan to the city's comprehensive plan on Oct. 6. It changes no policies or land use maps and approves no specific buildings. A council resolution must still be recorded before final approval.

About this application

Boise State University is asking the city to adopt its 2025 10-Year Campus Master Plan into the city's comprehensive plan. The plan covers about 300 acres around campus, between the Boise River, Boise Avenue, Lusk Street and Broadway Avenue. It sets general land-use guidance and a 10-year list of campus projects, but does not approve any specific building, and no land use map changes are proposed.
