Eagle approves steel fabrication shop in existing 5,040-square-foot building
The City Council approved only ornamental steel fabrication for 44 Iron Design on April 8 and denied the cabinet, sign, upholstery and woodworking shops. Outdoor storage is banned, and sidewalk, curb and gutter must be installed before occupancy.
