Habit Burger drive-through restaurant approved in existing 4,956-square-foot building
Eagle City Council approved the restaurant on July 28, along with a rezone to general business and an updated development agreement. It will reuse the existing drive-through lanes. Conditions include taller landscape screening and a traffic study before any new tenant uses the drive-through.
