New Horizon Academy wants to open a daycare center for infants through school-age children in the existing 14,579-square-foot building at 1400 North Park Lane in Eagle, which was formerly a Montessori school. The 2.17-acre site is in a residential estates zone. Two classrooms would be split to make 11 classrooms, and 14 parking spaces would be added for a total of 33.
New Horizon Academy, represented by Angie Seguin with CASCO, is requesting conditional use permit approval to allow a Daycare Center (childcare facility for thirteen or more children) in the R-E (Residential-Estates) zone, which is proposed to operate within the existing facility (formerly Montessori Academy) at 1400 North Park Lane. The 2.17-acre site is located approximately 365-feet north of the intersection of North Park Lane and West Floating Feather Road.
