About this application

Papa Kelsey's asked to change the sign rules for a retail building and a single-tenant building at 1539 East Iron Eagle Drive in Eagle. The changes would remove two decorative wall clocks to make room for the restaurant's signs, allow softly lit (halo) illuminated lettering, and allow the company's green and red brand colors. The Design Review Board voted 5-0 in favor on September 11, 2025.

Papa Kelsey's, represented by Julianna Kelsey, is requesting design review approval to modify the master sign plan for a multi-tenant retail building and single tenant building, including signage for Papa Kelsey's.
