About this application
GWC Capital asked to change the approved common area fencing in the Valnova Subdivision No. 1, a 61.65-acre residential development northeast of State Highway 16 and Equest Lane in Eagle. The previously approved partial view wall and wrought iron fence would be replaced with a partial view and open-style black aluminum fence. The subdivision has 188 buildable single-family lots.
GWC Capital, represented by Eric Langvardt with Langvardt Design Group, is requesting design review approval to modify the common area fencing within Valnova Pump No. 1, Lot 19. The 61.65-acre site is generally located approximately ¾-mile northeast of the intersection of State Highway 16 and Equest Lane (approximately 1 mile north of Beacon Light Road and Linder Road intersection).
