About this application

Avimor Development LLC wants to build one community monument sign at the southwest corner of State Highway 55 and North McLeod Drive. The sign structure would be about 17.5 feet tall in a Mountain Modern style with limestone walls and a black metal roof, with the logo and lettering lit from behind by white LEDs. It would sit on a 0.20-acre site and mirror an existing Avimor monument sign at the northeast corner of the intersection.

Avimor Development, LLC, represented by Sarah Martz, is requesting design review approval to construct one (1) community monument sign. The .20-acre site is located on southwest corner of State Highway 55 and North McLeod Drive (Ada County parcel # S0106336050).
