Plan for 24 townhomes, hotel and commercial rezoning on 121-acre site withdrawn

The request would have rezoned about 63 acres for commercial use, allowed a 64-foot hotel and consolidated several older agreements into one. A City Council hearing was held Sept. 2, and the application has since been withdrawn.
