About this application

The proposed boundary line adjustment is intended to clean up the property lines resulting from mapping errors during the development of the Fulfer Subdivision No. 4, located to the north of the subject properties, and to adjust the property line to match the existing zoning change lines. The boundary line adjustment will combine Parcels S0426438540 and S0426438890 which are both owned by Kelly Fulfer and will adjust the property boundary between S0426438540 and S0426438720 so that the new property line coincides with the boundary between the R-8 zone area and the L-O zone area
