Repairs to Boise Depot's west end approved, with stucco testing required
The city's Parks and Recreation Department can replace stucco and flat roofing and restore doors, windows, metalwork and sandstone on the historic depot. Stucco mock-ups must be inspected by city staff, and no demolition is allowed.
About this application
The City of Boise Parks and Recreation Department plans to repair the west end of the Boise Depot, a local historic landmark. Work includes replacing the stucco and the flat rubber roofing, and restoring the existing doors, windows, metalwork and sandstone. No part of the building may be demolished.
