About this application

Toll Southwest, LLC wants to change the approved Torrente Secco subdivision on the east side of North Palmer Lane between West Beacon Light Road and West Floating Feather Road in Eagle. The change would cut the home count from 612 to 597, replace 222 attached duet homes with 114 small-lot "cluster" homes and 92 detached houses, and limit the 20 homes next to Beacon Light Road to one story. This is a staff report with a recommendation of approval; the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing was set for July 7, 2025.
