Council approves rezone for Bruneel vineyard, winery and event venue
The Eagle City Council approved rezoning about 30 acres of the 39-acre Bruneel Subdivision from Residential-Estates to Agricultural-Residential on June 11, allowing a vineyard, winery and live events such as weddings, with the existing 6,900-square-foot house converted to a tasting room and event space.
