Eagle approves adding an eighth commercial building to 9.97-acre Bronco Acres plan
The City Council approved the change on June 24, which also rearranges lot lines and brings the plan to eight commercial buildings from seven. A lot line adjustment must be approved before any building permits are issued.
About this application
Mustang Crossing Eagle, LLC asks the city to change the approved site plan for Bronco Acres, a commercial development on the north side of State Highway 44 about 175 feet east of North Park Lane in Eagle. The change would rearrange lot lines and add a commercial building, bringing the concept plan to 8 commercial buildings from 7, including a small office building and a possible daycare. No new access points are proposed.
Mustang Crossing Eagle, LLC, represented by Stephanie Hopkins with KM Engineering, is requesting a modification to the rezone with development agreement for Bronco Acres Subdivision to modify the concept plan by changing the proposed lot configuration and by adding an additional commercial building. The 9.97-acre site is located on the north side of State Highway 44, approximately 175 feet east of North Park Lane.
