About this application
Cook Brothers Construction asked to add a 6-foot-tall composite fence with columns every 50 feet on top of the existing landscaped berm along State Highway 44 at the Shingle Creek Subdivision, near 2500 West State Street in Eagle. The fence would bring the total barrier height to about 11 feet from the highway centerline. The 4.41-acre, 12-lot subdivision has 9 single-family homes.

The 4.41-acre site is located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately 400-feet west of the intersection of West State Street and State Highway 44 at 2500 West State Street.
