Clyde Capital Group, LLC is asking to split a 41.18-acre site in the Eagle foothills, part of the Spring Valley/Valnova development, into 128 lots. The plan has 117 single-family home lots and 11 open-space lots, located about a quarter-mile west of Big Gulch Parkway and the future Linder Road extension. About 38% of the site would be open space, with public pathways and trails.
Clyde Capital Group, represented by Kendall Hancey with Horrocks, is requesting preliminary plat approval for Valnova Subdivision No. 3, a re-subdivision of Lot 24, Block 1, of Spring Valley Subdivision No. 1, a 128-lot (117-residential, 11-common) subdivision. The 41.18-acre site is generally located 1/4-mile west of the intersection of Big Gulch Parkway and the future Linder Road extension within PUMP No. 1 of the Valnova development.
