Council approves development agreement change for 94-home Flats Sixteen
The Eagle City Council approved on March 12 a modification to the development agreement for the 31-acre mixed-use subdivision, which would include 59 single-family homes, 35 attached homes and a commercial lot.
About this application
Jordan Tampien is asking the City of Eagle to modify an existing development agreement and approve a preliminary plat for Flats Sixteen, a mixed-use subdivision on 31.16 acres on the west side of State Highway 16 north of Beacon Light Road. It would have 94 homes (59 detached single-family and 35 attached townhome-style units), a roughly five-acre commercial lot with an existing winery area, restaurant and event buildings, and 14 common lots with parks, a dog park, a pool and about two miles of trails.
Council authorization for Mayor to execute the development agreement modification associated with the Flats Sixteen Subdivision. The 31.16-acre site is located on the west side of State Highway 16 approximately 1,290-feet north of the intersection of West Beacon Light Road and State Highway 16 at 3701, 3703, and 3705 North Highway 16.
