Church plans outdoor gathering area with two cedar pergolas
Legacy Church's west parking lot would be turned into an outdoor gathering space with two covered cedar pergolas, each about 300 square feet, plus raised flower beds and artificial turf. The city has approved the design review and certificate of zoning compliance.
About this application
We plan to turn the west parking lot at Legacy Church into an outdoor gathering area. We will plan to build 2 covered cedar pergolas. Each pergola will be approximately 300 sq ft. Once the pergolas are constructed we will have elevated flower beds constructed around the border of the parking lot. We will then install artificial turf over the remaining exposed pavement.
