Legacy Church had asked for a zoning verification letter for a plan to cover 8 parking spaces with artificial turf, add two 300-square-foot pergolas and a roughly 525-square-foot shed. The request was filed Jan. 6 and has been withdrawn.
About this application
I will be turning the west parking lot into an outdoor gathering area. The 8 parking spots will be covered with artificial turf and we will build 2 covered pergolas. each 300 sq ft. We will also be putting a shed on the old parking lot. It will be roughly 525 sq ft. The shed will be painted the same color as the church building.
