Eagle approves white-and-black paint colors for small office building
The City Council approved, on its consent agenda April 28, keeping the exterior paint on a one-story, 1,495-square-foot office building: white walls with black trim, doors and gutters. Conditions bar site, landscaping or sign changes without new approval.
About this application
The owner of a small multi-tenant medical, dental and personal services office at 221 South Eagle Road in Eagle asked to keep the building's exterior paint colors, white (Rhinestone White) for the main body and black (Tricorn Black) for the upper gable, doors, window frames, gutters and downspouts. No building, parking or landscaping changes are proposed. The Design Review Board approved the paint change with conditions.
Halette Jolna is requesting design review approval to retain the exterior paint colors of the multi-tenant building for KHJ Mindy Body Resource. The 0.28- acre site is located on the west side of South Eagle Road approximately 700-feet north of State Highway 44 at 221 South Eagle Road.
