Demolition of 1940 single-family home approved to prepare site for future park

City Parks and Recreation plans to tear down the existing home on a 0.66-acre lot as a first step toward a neighborhood park. No park plan exists yet. Administrative approval was granted May 20; a separate demolition permit is still required.
