Accessory dwelling unit proposed on a historic-district lot, with one new home

The plan would add one preapproved accessory dwelling, the Kingfisher design, to a 0.14-acre residential lot. It needs review by the Historic Preservation Commission and is now at the neighborhood meeting stage.
