It isn’t clear if that is what is being portrayed in the drawing on the N side• The porch may only encroach into the front setback IF it is a minimum of 5’ wide (not 4’ 10”), and it may not encroach into the street side setback• The site is far exceeding the allowed 35% lot coverage (it is at 43%)• The existing home cannot be an ADU as it is 1400 sq. ft (not 728 as indicated on the site plan) per county records
