The owner of a 9.36-acre property at 13100 S. Five Mile Road near Kuna wants to rezone it from Rural Residential to Rural-Urban Transition and split it into two lots of 5 and 4.35 acres in the proposed Cinder Spur Estates Subdivision. A variance is requested because the 4.35-acre lot is under the 5-acre minimum. Each lot would have its own well and septic system and take access from Five Mile Road.

An application for a zoning ordinance amendment to rezone the property from the Rural Residential (RR) District to the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District, a development agreement, a preliminary plat to split the parcel into two (2) properties, and a variance to address an undersized property. The property is approximately 9.36 acres and it is located at 13100 S. Five Mile Road; Section 26 R.2N., R.1E.
