The owners of a 5-acre rural property at 14296 S. Cloverdale Road near Kuna want after-the-fact approval for a detached second home built without permits in the 1980s as an agricultural building. The roughly 1,455 square foot building has four bedrooms and sits about 12 feet from the side property line. The owners ask for relief from the size limit, the three-bedroom limit and the 25-foot side setback. Staff recommends denial.
