The 38-acre site already has a tree service yard, a leased northern contractor yard of about 10 acres, and a wood chip storage area. Staff recommends approval of the change.

The applicant wants to increase the number of allowed vehicles or trailers to 280 for the northern contractor's yard. The property is located at 16000 S Vista Ave and contains approximately 38 acres in the Rural Preservation (RP) District; Section 3, T.1N, R.2E.
