County approves shifting line between two undersized lots to match 40-year-old fence

The Board of County Commissioners approved the change on May 13 with conditions. Lots of 0.871 and 0.934 acres would become 0.944 and 0.858 acres, with no new homes or lots. A variance was needed because both are under the one-acre minimum.
