Hope Valley Lane in Eagle into one 10-acre property, with a variance because the combination exceeds the county's allowed deviation from the subdivision plat. The approval also allows a 12,721 square foot single-family home that spans the old lot line, a 1,631 square foot accessory structure, and vacation of a 10-foot utility, irrigation, and drainage easement on the shared lot line.

The properties are located at 3600 and 3682 N Hope Valley Ln in the Rural-Urban Transition (RUT) District; Section 35, T.5N, R.1E.
