Lowe Family Farmstead, a working farm and fall agritourism venue with a corn maze and pumpkin sales near Kuna, wants to expand. The plan adds a 6,000 square foot barn-style retail and meeting building, a 7,200 square foot pavilion, three 1,500 square foot pavilions, a 2,400 square foot bakery and an 1,100 square foot exit booth on the roughly 163.6-acre property, and allows year-round sales of farm products. Parking would stay on pasture and perimeter tree landscaping would be replaced by farm fences and fields.

A Conditional Use and Master Site Plan for the expansion of the Lowe Family Farmstead (Agritainment Venue) and a request for Alternative Compliance for the off-street parking and landscape plans.
