The Eagle Rodeo is requesting a conditional use permit to host a week-long commercial riding arena and stable event on an 80-acre rural property at 6500 W Chaparral Rd in unincorporated Ada County near Eagle. The rodeo would run during the first week of June, with the 2025 event set for June 11-14, and expects about 2,000 to 3,000 visitors on Wednesday and Thursday and about 5,000 on Friday and Saturday. The site would be used only for the rodeo and its setup and teardown periods over the five-year permit term.
