Backyard swimming pool with automatic cover proposed on hillside lot

A 16-by-30-foot pool is proposed on a 0.52-acre lot. The city says nearby slopes require a hillside review, and a geotechnical report and retaining wall calculations may be required. Staff will decide the application administratively.
