Emergency repair of leaking geothermal pipes under Capitol Bridge approved
The city approved a floodplain permit on March 26 to replace leaking 10- and 12-inch fiberglass geothermal lines with new 12- and 16-inch pipes. The greenbelt tunnel will close completely for parts of the work, which will not touch the river or its banks.
