The City of Caldwell is asking to vacate about 2.34 acres of old, unused public right-of-way in the Caldwell Event Center area next to Blaine St. and S. 22nd Ave. The strips come from outdated plats, and several structures already sit on them. The city owns the surrounding land, and vacating the strips would not affect future street connections or access.
