The applicant asks to change the zoning of an 18.29-acre vacant farm parcel south of Ustick Road, about 900 feet west of Middleton Road in Caldwell, from General Commercial (C-3) to Service Commercial (C-4). A development agreement would limit the more industrial uses, such as light industrial, contractor shops and trucking yards. No buildings or site plan are proposed at this time.
