Wedding and event venue on 3.85 acres seeks annexation into Caldwell

The owner of an event venue under construction at 19781 Middleton Rd. is asking to annex the 3.849-acre site into Caldwell with commercial (C-2) zoning so it can connect to city water and sewer.
