Justin and Sarah Woods want to run a seasonal wedding and special events venue on about 10.99 acres of agricultural land at 14297 Oasis Road near Caldwell. Events would run April through October with up to 150 guests, using a 40-by-80-foot reception tent, bridal and groom suites, and a parking lot with 85 spaces plus 35 overflow spaces.
