Duane and Katherine Barnes asked Canyon County for a conditional use permit to use about 1 acre of their 5.35-acre rural parcel at 19972 Wilson Ln near Wilder as a staging area and contractor shop for their business, Barnes Construction LLC. The plan uses two existing shops to store company and employee vehicles, trailers, tools and materials, with an office and parking for six employees. The proposed hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
