William Gomez, represented by Mary Murphy, requests a conditional use permit to use about 1.67 acres at 5420 E Lewis Lane in Nampa for a staging area and contractor shop. The site would hold trucks and open-top roll-off bins used to haul construction debris, for the company CCC Field Services LLC. The contractor shop would include four offices, a meeting room, a break room, two restrooms, and storage, with up to eight employees and hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.
