The owners of two parcels at 627 and 611 Ruth Lane near Nampa, about 6.23 acres, ask to change the land's future designation from agriculture to residential and rezone it from Rural Residential to Single Family Residential. The change would allow a subdivision of five to six lots averaging about one acre, including the two existing homes and three to four new homes. Each home would use its own well and septic system and reach Ruth Lane by a private road.

The property owners, Rayona Russell and Bob and Nancy Parks, represented by HECO Engineers, requests a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for approximately 6.23 acres from the ‘Agriculture’ to the ‘Residential’ future land use designation and concurrently request a Conditional Rezone from an “R-R” Rural Residential zone to the CR-R-1 (Single Family Residential) zone for the purpose of developing the property as a residential subdivision. A Development Agreement is included.
