Greenleaf shrinks its area of city impact boundary, approved by county

Canyon County commissioners approved a smaller boundary for the land around Greenleaf where the city expects to grow and may later annex, as required by a 2024 state law. The new boundary cuts 1.5 to 2.7 miles on each side from the previous line, which had been in place since 1994.
