The property owner wants to split a 2.65-acre agriculturally zoned parcel at the southeast corner of Hop Rd and Galloway Rd near Caldwell into two buildable parcels. The county's Development Services director approved the split in July 2026, and a neighbor, Sid Freeman, has appealed that approval to the county commissioners. Staff recommends the commissioners deny the appeal and uphold the approval.
