The property owner asks for a conditional use permit to run an RV park on about 3.35 acres at 24938 Farmway Rd, Caldwell. It would allow up to eight RVs in place of two of the seven mobile home sites already approved on the property. Staff recommends denial, saying the RVs have been used as permanent housing rather than temporary recreational stays.

The applicant, David Olsen, represented by Lakey-Villegas Law, requests a Conditional Use Permit for an RV Park on approximately 3.35 acres in an “A” (Agricultural) zone. The subject property has an approved conditional use permit for seven (7) mobile homes on the property. The request would allow up to eight (8) RVs in place of two (2) of the approved manufactured home sites.
