The applicants want design review approval of the common area landscaping for Northern Lights Subdivision, a two-lot residential subdivision at the southeast corner of North Rocket Bar Road and East Beacon Light Road in Eagle. All eleven existing trees would be kept, street trees would be added along North Rocket Bar Road, and the existing three-rail wood fence would stay. The board accepted a request to use the existing trees instead of the full 50-foot landscape buffer along East Beacon Light Road.

Kathleen and Scott Hendricks, represented by Stephanie Hopkins with KM Engineering, LLP, is requesting design review approval of the common area landscaping within Northern Lights Subdivision. The 4.53-acre site is located on the southeast corner of North Rocket Bar Road and East Beacon Light Road at 2636 North Rocket Bar Road.
