The Eagle Design Review Board considered the common area landscaping plan for Shetland Point Subdivision, a small single-family subdivision on 5.10 acres on the west side of North Park Lane. The plan includes a 35-foot landscaped buffer with a berm and fence along Park Lane, street trees, pathways, two gazebos or pergola areas with benches, and relocated existing trees. The board voted to approve it with conditions.

The 5.10-acre site is located on the west side of North Park Lane approximately 400-feet south of the intersection of West Floating Feather Road and North Park Lane at 1025 North Park Lane.
