This is the first phase of the Everton Subdivision, a 53-home residential neighborhood (61 lots including 8 common lots) on about 17 acres on the east side of North Palmer Lane, just south of West Biathlon Street in Eagle. The request is for final development plan and final plat approval, following earlier council approval of the overall mixed-use subdivision in 2023. Staff found the final plans in substantial compliance with the preliminary plans.
