The applicant proposes one non-illuminated black aluminum wall sign on the south side of the James Clyde office building at 3226 West Bavaria Street in Eagle. The sign would be about 43 square feet, well under the 116 square foot maximum, on a 0.419-acre lot at the northwest corner of West Bavaria Street and North Meridian Road.
